The hotel needs furniture upgrade the chairs or seats in lobby for breakfast where discustung dirty!! Breakfast was good the inly problem was getting someone to get us syrup for out waffles the lady was in the back making oersonal call arguing with someone so I think this should be brought up to someone or else this would have made my stay perfect!!! But definitely needs new furniture in lobby!!! No housekeeping to get me clean towels u till 9:00am that sunday morning so If i wanted clean towels i had to go get them downstairs!! To many inconviniences this visit i hope next time I come furniture is well taken care of

Exceptional service from accommodating and friendly staff; rooms with nice fridge and microwave, comfortable beds, available baggage carts were a huge help in getting all our bags to the room easily, and we loved the little snack/gift shop which enabled us to have a light meal in our rooms instead of going out as we were exhausted from driving all day. Conveniently located near freeway exits and stores/shopping. Had to regretfully miss the free breakfast because we left really early the next morning to continue our drive, but based on everything else I'm sure it would have been excellent. All this and pet friendly too. A little more than we usually pay for quick stops during road trips but worth every penny! Would definitely stay here again!

Great Staff fancy for banning Beaumont are great breakfast included .y wife had omelet sausage juice, coffee, English muffin assortment tea wife big coffee drink said coffee was very good

They have security after a certain time at night which made us feel comfortable and safe especially with a new feature where the doors are locked during those hours you have to use the room cards to get into the hotel during those hours which is amazing especially during this time during my pregnancy!

We chose this property because of its close proximity to family. The breakfast was really good. Walking distance to two nice coffee shops for meals. The pool and hot tub looked wonderful, but it was too cold to swim. We were able to connect our ROKU to the TV in our room. We used the exercise room, which was small, but had excellent equipment. There was also a 24-hour mini store behind the desk which was helpful. Also 24-hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in the lobby.

The room was clean, the shower was very nice, roomy with hot water and the bed was extremely comfortable. Good full sized pillows, not those little square ones you get sometimes.
